Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our support team. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to SportContract users, helping them resolve platform issues and ensuring a smooth user experience. You’ll work closely with various departments including technical, sales, operations, and customer success to continuously improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with the product, tech, and operations teams to report bugs and suggest platform improvements.
  • Monitor and document customer feedback, highlighting opportunities for further product enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed records of user interactions and issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in a sports or tech environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Passion for sports; knowledge of ice hockey is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple support requests at a time.
  • Basic understanding of software and technical troubleshooting.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Enthusiasm for the sports industry and a passion for helping people.
  • Previous experience working in a tech or SaaS company is advantageous but not required.
